Feeding system

Easyfeeder

Our Easyfeeder family of insertion technology is characterised by a high degree of variability in adapting to the most diverse fermenter designs. But even in the conveying of the most demanding materials, such as long-fibre grass silage, the feeding technology has no need to fear comparison. Appropriate models are available for all volume requirements. Our feed technology is available as an entry-level model, with and without trough, with ascending augers for feed openings far above the ground and, for particularly long-fibrous and tough materials, also with a milling attachment.
The feeding of solids, which has proven itself in practice for many years, was developed with a focus on minimising energy consumption and wear. This is achieved by a sophisticated control system and particularly robust design of all stressed parts. The screw conveyor and drives, for example, have a particularly solid and robust design. All parts at risk of corrosion are made of V2A stainless steel. All drives are equipped with adjustable load monitoring. The interval control with automatic reverse in case of overload ensures a smooth and trouble-free operation.
All components of our insertion technology have been designed in accordance with the provisions of the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive and are approved with restrictions for operation within Ex zones.

Easyfeeder
Solo

The Easyfeeder Solo is the indestructible basic model in our extensive Easyfeeder family. With a volume of 10 to 13 m³ it is suitable as an entry-level model for continuous interval feeding throughout the day. The feed material is pre-dosed via two dissolving screws and is conveyed into the fermenter by the main screw conveyor.

Easyfeeder
with push-off Container

The Easyfeeder with push-off container corresponds in design to the Easyfeeder Solo. However, with the Easyfeeder with push-off container, the storage volume of up to 76 m³ is much higher than with the Easyfeeder Solo. The material is pushed into the hopper by a hydraulic cylinder. It enters the fermenter via the pulping and main screw conveyor.

Easyfeeder
FA with push-off container

In our Easyfeeder FA with push-off container, the material is fed from the trough, through the milling attachment with three directly driven milling drums, finely metered and loosened and then fed into the main screw conveyor. The main auger then transports the material into the fermenter. This offers ideal conditions, especially for particularly fibrous materials such as manure, which are difficult to dose.

Easyfeeder
Top AS with hopper

The Easyfeeder Top AS with hopper is the solids feeder of choice when the substrate has to be fed into high fermenters in small plants. The material is first loosened up by the break-up screws before it is transported upwards to the plugging screw via the ascending screw. The storage volume is 7 m³ (expandable to 20 m³).

Easyfeeder
Top FA with push-off container

The Easyfeeder Top FA with push-off container is the first choice for particularly fibrous and difficult to dose feedstock in high fermenters. The substrate is finely dosed and loosened up by three directly driven milling drums and transferred to the transverse auger before it is conveyed to the plugging auger via the ascending auger.

Easyfeeder
FA with pump

The Easyfeeder FA with pump consists of the stationary push-off tray with milling attachment. The milling attachment is used to dissolve the substrate with which the plant operator fills the push-off trough and feed it into the transverse auger housing. In the mixing tank, water is added to the dissolved substrate so that it can be conveyed through a hose into the fermenter.
