But also partial amounts of more challenging materials, such as all kinds of manure, can be added without difficulty.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b3f681f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b3f681f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A loader fills solids into the hopper of the Easyfeeder Solo. The feeding volume can be increased by installing an attachment on the hopper. Inside the hopper, the separating screws break up and pre-dose the feedstock. The main screw conveyor transports the feed material into the fermenter efficiently and with a large volume.<br>The focus was on minimizing energy consumption and wear when developing the feed technology, which has been tried and tested in practice for many years. Minimal running times ensure the lowest possible wear and reduced power consumption. In a 2009 study conducted by the Landesanstalt f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft (Bavarian State Research Centre for Agriculture) in Freising, in which 10 biogas plants were tested over a long period of time, our feeding technology proved to be a real energy saver compared to solids feeders from other manufacturers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-536d450d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"536d450d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our feeding technology is characterised by a simple and sturdy design This makes solid matter feeding particularly user- and maintenance-friendly.<br>The control is carried out directly on the device, via an optional stand-alone control cabinet or project-specifically via the higher-level control system of the biogas plant. The user only has to program the pause and operating times. If equipped with a scale (optional), control via the weight is also possible.<br>All operators are equipped with adjustable load monitoring. The interval control with automatic reversing function in the event of overload ensures smooth and trouble-free operation. At 0.1 to 0.3 kW\/m\u00b3, the Easyfeeder Solo is extremely energy-efficient.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
