Even more challenging materials such as all types of manure can be fed without any problems.<br>With this Easyfeeder, the solids are fed into the hopper using a loader. The feeding volume can be increased by installing an attachment on the hopper. Inside the hopper, the separating screws break up and pre-dose the feedstock. The inclined screw conveyor transports the substrate to the feed screw conveyor which feeds the separated material into the digester in the final step.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60a411a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"60a411a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The focus was already on minimizing energy consumption and wear when developing the feeding technology, which has been tried and tested in practice for years.<br>The Easyfeeder Top AS with hopper has a simple and robust design. This makes solid matter feeding particularly user- and maintenance-friendly.<br>The control is carried out directly on the device, via an optional stand-alone control cabinet or project-specifically via the higher-level control system of the biogas plant. The user only has to program the pause and operating times. As an alternative to control via time, control via weight is also possible.<br>All drives are equipped with adjustable load monitoring. The interval control with automatic reversing function in the event of overload ensures smooth and trouble-free
