Estas fibras crudas presentes en el sustrato son muy dif\u00edciles de \u00abdigerir\u00bb por las bacterias del fermentador. En nuestra tecnolog\u00eda de calentamiento Heatcrack, los componentes de fibra cruda sin procesar se someten a un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico que permite a las bacterias aprovecharlos mejor. En los \u00abensayos de tecnolog\u00eda t\u00e9rmica\u00bb realizados por nuestro laboratorio de investigaci\u00f3n se obtuvieron unos resultados extraordinarios: en la pr\u00e1ctica, con el sistema
