tanto el esti\u00e9rcol l\u00edquido como las materias primas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles, como los residuos de fermentaci\u00f3n. Esto es posible gracias al robusto tornillo de prensado, provisto de placas de carburo, y a la contracuchilla de carburo. Nuestro cierre mec\u00e1nico especialmente desarrollado (con lubricaci\u00f3n permanente de aceite) garantiza un largo intervalo de mantenimiento y un alto nivel de seguridad. La presi\u00f3n de contacto lineal constante permite una adaptaci\u00f3n suave a diferentes sustratos.   <\/p><p>Durante la separaci\u00f3n con el separador de tornillo de prensa Sepogant, el medio -lodos, residuos de fermentaci\u00f3n u otros lodos- se separa en una fase s\u00f3lida y otra l\u00edquida. Para ello, el tornillo de prensado impulsa el sustrato a trav\u00e9s de la rejilla filtrante de ranuras fijas montada de forma r\u00edgida y lo presiona contra el cono de prensado o la compuerta de prensado. De este modo, la parte l\u00edquida del sustrato se escurre a trav\u00e9s de la malla filtrante ranurada.
