El balance de nitr\u00f3geno y f\u00f3sforo a menudo no cuadra, ya que no se aplica demasiada cantidad de ambos a la tierra. Adem\u00e1s, los nutrientes se pierden por las emisiones de amon\u00edaco si no es posible aplicar el abono cerca del suelo. El separador modular Sepofarm Modul, que consta de un separador y un contenedor f\u00e1cilmente transportable (elevador de gancho), permite a los agricultores procesar los purines en su explotaci\u00f3n sin largos tiempos de almacenamiento y utilizar la materia s\u00f3lida fresca en una planta de biog\u00e1s. Antes esto no era posible en esta medida, ya que los separadores sol\u00edan estar firmemente anclados en un lugar y el transporte de los residuos de fermentaci\u00f3n resultaba dif\u00edcil sin un contenedor previsto para ello. Este enfoque permite liberar parte del fosfato a trav\u00e9s de la fase s\u00f3lida que se produce durante la separaci\u00f3n. esti\u00e9rcol l\u00edquido producido durante la cr\u00eda de ganado se bombea al separador de tornillo de prensa Sepogant. Aqu\u00ed se separan los s\u00f3lidos (aprox. 25 %) de la parte l\u00edquida (aprox. 75 %) del pur\u00edn. La fase l\u00edquida se canaliza hacia la fosa y los s\u00f3lidos pueden transportarse f\u00e1cilmente a otro lugar utilizando un contenedor s\u00f3lido\/l\u00edquido especialmente desarrollado para este fin. Esto permite transportar la parte s\u00f3lida a una planta de biog\u00e1s, por ejemplo, y al mismo tiempo es posible recuperar el sustrato s\u00f3lido o l\u00edquido mediante el transporte de retorno.
