Mais il traite aussi sans probl\u00e8me des mat\u00e9riaux plus exigeants comme toutes sortes de fumier.<br>Sur l&rsquo;Easyfeeder FA avec auge, les mati\u00e8res solides sont introduites dans l&rsquo;auge \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un chargeur. Le substrat est achemin\u00e9 sur le chariot d\u2019introduction de la tr\u00e9mie d\u2019alimentation puis press\u00e9 contre les vis de dosage du dispositif de fraisage. L\u00e0, il est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 par les tambours de fraisage \u00e0 la vis d&rsquo;alimentation principale, qui achemine le mat\u00e9riau ameubli de mani\u00e8re dos\u00e9e dans le fermenteur.<br>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9veloppement de la technique d&rsquo;introduction, qui a fait ses preuves dans la pratique depuis des ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la minimisation de la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de l&rsquo;usure. Des dur\u00e9es de fonctionnement minimales garantissent une usure la plus r\u00e9duite possible et une faible consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Dans une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2009 par l\u2019Institut bavarois pour l\u2019Agriculture, dans laquelle 10 installations de biogaz avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 soumises \u00e0 des essais sur le long terme, notre technologie d\u2019introduction a fait preuve d\u2019une excellente \u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie par rapport aux techniques d\u2019introduction de mati\u00e8res solides des autres fabricants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56686b0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56686b0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019Easyfeeder FA avec tr\u00e9mie d\u2019alimentation est de conception simple et robuste. Cela rend l&rsquo;introduction des mati\u00e8res solides particuli\u00e8rement facile \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e0 entretenir.<br>La commande s&rsquo;effectue directement sur l&rsquo;appareil, via une armoire de commande \u00ab\u00a0autonome\u00a0\u00bb en option ou, en fonction du projet, via la commande sup\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;installation de biogaz. Il suffit de d\u00e9finir les temps de pause et les temps d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Comme alternative \u00e0 la commande par le temps, une commande par le poids est \u00e9galement possible.<br>Tous les entra\u00eenements sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;une surveillance de charge r\u00e9glable. La commande d\u2019intervalle avec marche arri\u00e8re automatique en cas de surcharge assure un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier et sans
