Des quantit\u00e9s partielles de mat\u00e9riaux plus exigeants, comme toutes sortes de fumier, peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es sans probl\u00e8me.<br>Avec cet Easyfeeder, les mati\u00e8res solides sont introduites dans l&rsquo;auge \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un chargeur. Dans la tr\u00e9mie, la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 transporter est d\u00e9compact\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide des vis de d\u00e9compactage et pr\u00e9-dos\u00e9e. La vis principale transporte le produit dans le fermenteur avec un grand volume et une grande efficacit\u00e9.<br>Le contenu de la benne est dos\u00e9 selon les besoins par le chariot coulissant de la benne et un v\u00e9rin hydraulique aux vis de dissolution et \u00e0 la vis principale. Le niveau de remplissage de l\u2019Easyfeeder avec tr\u00e9mie d\u2019alimentation est surveill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un capteur \u00e0 ultrasons.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30bf70fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30bf70fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La conception du syst\u00e8me d\u2019introduction des mati\u00e8res est simple et robuste. Cela rend l&rsquo;introduction des mati\u00e8res solides particuli\u00e8rement facile \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e0 entretenir.<br>La commande s&rsquo;effectue directement sur l&rsquo;appareil, via une armoire de commande \u00ab\u00a0autonome\u00a0\u00bb en option ou, en fonction du projet, via la commande sup\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;installation de biogaz. Il suffit de d\u00e9finir les temps de pause et les temps d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Si l&rsquo;appareil est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une balance (en option), il est \u00e9galement possible de le commander en fonction du poids.<br>Tous les entra\u00eenements sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4le de charge r\u00e9glable. La commande d\u2019intervalle avec marche arri\u00e8re automatique en cas de surcharge assure un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier et sans Ceci se solde par des intervalles plus longs pendant lesquels il faut proc\u00e9der au remplissage en mati\u00e8res solides. Si n\u00e9cessaire, la tr\u00e9mie de chargement peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un couvercle \u00e0 commande hydraulique propre \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions d\u2019odeurs. La tr\u00e9mie a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de la directive 2006\/42\/CE Machines.
