Mais m\u00eame les mat\u00e9riaux plus exigeants, comme toutes sortes de fumier, sont trait\u00e9s sans probl\u00e8me.<br>Avec cet Easyfeeder, le mat\u00e9riau solide est introduit dans l&rsquo;auge \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une chargeuse.<br>Le substrat est pouss\u00e9 dans les tambours de fraisage de l&rsquo;accessoire de fraisage par le chariot coulissant de l&rsquo;auge d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation. L\u00e0, il est dos\u00e9 dans la vis de transfert \u00e0 l\u2019aide de vis de dosage \u00e0 entra\u00eenement direct. La vis de transfert fait alors le lien vers la vis de mont\u00e9e. Celle-ci v\u00e9hicule la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 transporter vers la vis d\u2019introduction qui, lors de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, achemine la mati\u00e8re d\u00e9compact\u00e9e dans le digesteur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57edbdac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57edbdac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tD\u00e8s le d\u00e9veloppement de cette technique d&rsquo;introduction \u00e9prouv\u00e9e depuis des ann\u00e9es dans la pratique, l&rsquo;accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la minimisation de la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de l&rsquo;usure.\nL&rsquo;Easyfeeder Top FA avec auge poss\u00e8de une structure simple et robuste. Cela rend l&rsquo;introduction de mati\u00e8res solides particuli\u00e8rement facile \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e0 entretenir.\nLa commande s&rsquo;effectue directement sur l&rsquo;appareil, via une armoire de commande \u00ab\u00a0autonome\u00a0\u00bb en option ou, en fonction du projet, via la commande sup\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;installation de biogaz.  Il suffit de d\u00e9finir les temps de pause et les temps d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Comme alternative \u00e0 la commande par le temps, une commande par le poids est \u00e9galement possible.\nTous les entra\u00eenements sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;une surveillance de charge r\u00e9glable. La commande d\u2019intervalle avec marche arri\u00e8re automatique en cas de surcharge assure un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier et sans
