L\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019entra\u00eenement n\u00e9cessite peu d\u2019entretien. Elle est mont\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la fosse et est donc accessible \u00e0 tout moment. Une garniture m\u00e9canique sans entretien assure une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 permanente de l\u2019arbre d\u2019entra\u00eenement au passage de la paroi. L\u2019arbre agitateur est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un palier lisse durable et sans entretien situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la fosse.<\/p><p>L\u2019agitateur Varibull sert exclusivement \u00e0 l\u2019agitation des substrats de fermentation visqueux, tels que lisier, fumier et mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res renouvelables ou similaires, dans des cuves rondes en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 (digesteurs). Les quatre pales inclin\u00e9es permettent un m\u00e9lange tr\u00e8s rapide et parfaitement homog\u00e8ne du substrat \u2013 et ceci avec une port\u00e9e verticale tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendue. Ainsi, il est possible de m\u00e9langer les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res renouvelables et le lisier ou le fumier dans le digesteur de mani\u00e8re id\u00e9ale et \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie. L\u2019agitateur Varibull est adapt\u00e9 au fonctionnement dans un substrat d\u2019une teneur en MS allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15 %, d\u2019un pH de 6 \u00e0 8 et \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de +55 \u00b0C maximum. Le fonctionnement du Varibull convient aux temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 +40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f398b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f398b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019agitateur original que nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 est aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019agitateur le plus utilis\u00e9 dans les installations de biogaz parmi les agitateurs \u00e0 axes longs et \u00e0 mouvements lents.<\/p><p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 les plus strictes et apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9lection minutieuse des normes harmonis\u00e9es \u00e0 respecter ainsi que d\u2019autres sp\u00e9cifications techniques. Il correspond donc \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de la technique et garantit une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 optimale.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;agitateur \u00e0 palettes Varibull a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de la directive 2006\/42\/CE relative aux machines.<br>En option, le Varibull est \u00e9galement disponible en version
