La materia solida viene immagazzinata temporaneamente e pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata come fertilizzante.<\/p><p>2. <strong>riscaldamento ed evaporazione sotto vuoto:<\/strong> la fase liquida viene riscaldata e posta sotto vuoto, provocando una parziale evaporazione e un addensamento. Questo processo \u00e8 efficiente dal punto di vista energetico e sfrutta il recupero del calore.<\/p><p>3. <strong>scrubber a vapore:<\/strong> la fase gassosa viene trattata con acido solforico per convertire l&#8217;ammoniaca in solfato di ammonio, che viene stoccato separatamente.<\/p><p>4. <strong>condensazione e raffreddamento:<\/strong> il vapore rimanente viene condensato in acqua e il calore recuperato viene riutilizzato. Il distillato viene raffreddato e utilizzato come refrigerante.<\/p><p>5. <strong>generazione del vuoto e ricircolo dei gas:<\/strong> una pompa per il vuoto genera il vuoto necessario e immette i gas in uscita nell&#8217;impianto di biogas.<\/p><p>6. <strong>scarico del concentrato:<\/strong> il concentrato addensato viene scaricato sotto vuoto alla fine e contiene tutti i nutrienti tranne l&#8217;ammoniaca, che viene immagazzinata come solfato di ammonio.<\/p><p>Il sistema ha un design modulare e ha una capacit\u00e0 di evaporazione fino a 2,5 litri per kW term, a seconda delle varie
