Inoltre, molte aziende agricole hanno problemi con la corretta distribuzione dei nutrienti e quindi con una gestione efficace degli stessi. <\/p><p>La separazione con il separatore a coclea pressata Sepogant consente di risolvere questi problemi. La separazione in fase solida e liquida separa i nutrienti, che possono poi essere applicati alle aree secondo le necessit\u00e0 in una fase successiva. L&#8217;azoto (NH4) \u00e8 immediatamente disponibile, soprattutto nella fase liquida, mentre l&#8217;azoto e il fosforo legati a sostanze organiche sono in gran parte separati con la fase solida. La fase liquida, facile da maneggiare o &#8220;non problematica&#8221;, pu\u00f2 essere applicata al terreno con il metodo dello spandimento vicino al terreno, mentre la fase solida pu\u00f2 essere sparsa dopo ogni taglio del prato con uno spandiletame a disco o utilizzata come sostituto della paglia e lettiera per gli allevatori di bestiame da latte. Inoltre, gli strati affondanti e galleggianti durante lo stoccaggio sono ridotti al minimo e si risparmiano tecnologia di agitazione ed energia nei serbatoi di stoccaggio. Inoltre, si ottiene una finestra temporale pi\u00f9 ampia per lo spandimento e non si verifica pi\u00f9 l&#8217;intasamento dell&#8217;attrezzatura di spandimento, poich\u00e9 le fibre, spesso liquido che le materie prime pi\u00f9 difficili, come i residui di fermentazione. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 possibile grazie alla robusta vite di pressatura, dotata di piastre in carburo, e alla controlama in carburo. La nostra tenuta meccanica appositamente sviluppata (con lubrificazione permanente ad olio) garantisce un lungo intervallo di manutenzione e un elevato livello di sicurezza. La pressione di contatto lineare costante consente di adattarsi senza problemi a diversi substrati.   <\/p><p>Durante la separazione con il separatore a vite Sepogant, il mezzo &#8211; fango, residuo di fermentazione o altro &#8211; viene separato in una fase solida e una liquida. In questo caso, la vite di pressatura spinge il substrato attraverso il filtro a fessure fisse montato rigidamente e lo preme contro il cono di pressatura o il lembo di pressatura. In questo modo, la parte liquida del substrato defluisce attraverso il filtro a fessure.
