Il bilancio dell&#8217;azoto e del fosforo spesso non quadra, perch\u00e9 non \u00e8 possibile applicare al terreno una quantit\u00e0 eccessiva di entrambi. Inoltre, i nutrienti si perdono attraverso le emissioni di ammoniaca se non \u00e8 possibile applicare il fertilizzante vicino al terreno. Il separatore modulare Sepofarm Modul, che consiste in un separatore e in un contenitore facilmente trasportabile (gancio di sollevamento), consente agli agricoltori di trattare il liquame nella loro azienda senza lunghi tempi di stoccaggio e di utilizzare la materia solida fresca in un impianto di biogas. In precedenza, ci\u00f2 non era possibile, poich\u00e9 i separatori erano di solito saldamente ancorati in un luogo e il trasporto dei residui della fermentazione risultava difficile senza un contenitore apposito. Questo approccio consente di rilasciare parte del fosfato attraverso la fase solida prodotta durante la separazione. Qui, i solidi (circa il 25%) vengono separati dalla parte liquida (circa il 75%) del liquame. La fase liquida viene convogliata nella fossa e i solidi possono essere facilmente trasportati in un altro luogo utilizzando un contenitore solido\/liquido appositamente sviluppato. In questo modo \u00e8 possibile trasportare la parte solida a un impianto di biogas, ad esempio, e allo stesso tempo \u00e8 possibile riprendere il substrato solido o liquido attraverso il trasporto
