Tuttavia, \u00e8 possibile alimentare senza problemi anche quantit\u00e0 parziali di materiali pi\u00f9 impegnativi, come tutti i tipi di letame. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b3f681f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b3f681f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Con Easyfeeder Solo, i solidi vengono introdotti nella tramoggia con un caricatore. Il volume di alimentazione pu\u00f2 essere aumentato con un attacco supplementare sulla tramoggia. Il materiale viene sciolto e predosato nella tramoggia tramite le coclee di dissoluzione. La coclea principale trasporta il materiale nel fermentatore in modo efficiente e con un volume elevato.<br>Nello sviluppo della tecnologia di alimentazione, che ha dato prova di s\u00e9 nella pratica per molti anni, l&#8217;attenzione si \u00e8 concentrata sulla riduzione del consumo energetico e dell&#8217;usura. I tempi di funzionamento ridotti al minimo garantiscono la minore usura possibile e un basso consumo energetico. In uno studio condotto dall&#8217;Istituto Statale per l&#8217;Agricoltura di Frisinga nel 2009, in cui sono stati testati 10 impianti di biogas in una prova a lungo termine, la nostra tecnologia di alimentazione si \u00e8 dimostrata un vero e proprio risparmio energetico rispetto ai dosatori di materia solida di altri produttori.     <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-536d450d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"536d450d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La tecnologia di alimentazione ha un design semplice e robusto. Questo rende l&#8217;alimentazione della materia solida particolarmente facile da usare e da manutenere.<br>Il controllo avviene direttamente sul dispositivo, tramite un quadro di comando autonomo opzionale o, in base al progetto, tramite il sistema di controllo di livello superiore dell&#8217;impianto di biogas. \u00c8 necessario definire solo i tempi di pausa e di funzionamento. Se dotato di una bilancia (opzionale), \u00e8 possibile anche il controllo tramite il peso.<br>Tutti i convertitori di frequenza sono dotati di monitoraggio del carico regolabile. Il controllo a intervalli con inversione automatica in caso di sovraccarico garantisce un funzionamento regolare e senza problemi. L&#8217;Easyfeeder Solo \u00e8 particolarmente efficiente dal punto di vista energetico con una potenza compresa tra 0,1 e 0,3 kW\/m\u00b3.
