Tuttavia, \u00e8 possibile lavorare senza problemi anche materiali pi\u00f9 impegnativi, come tutti i tipi di letame.<br>Con l&#8217;Easyfeeder FA con mangiatoia, i solidi vengono immessi nella mangiatoia mediante un caricatore. Il substrato viene spinto nei rulli di fresatura della stazione di fresatura tramite il carrello scorrevole della vasca. Da qui viene trasferito attraverso i rulli di fresatura alla coclea principale, che immette il materiale sciolto nel fermentatore in quantit\u00e0 dosate.<br>Gi\u00e0 nello sviluppo della tecnologia di alimentazione, collaudata da anni, si \u00e8 puntato a ridurre al minimo il consumo energetico e l&#8217;usura. I tempi di funzionamento ridotti al minimo garantiscono un&#8217;usura minima e un basso consumo energetico. In uno studio condotto dall&#8217;Istituto Statale per l&#8217;Agricoltura di Frisinga nel 2009, in cui sono stati testati 10 impianti di biogas in una prova a lungo termine, la nostra tecnologia di alimentazione si \u00e8 dimostrata un vero e proprio risparmio energetico rispetto ai sistemi di alimentazione della materia solida di altri produttori.     <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56686b0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56686b0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#8217;Easyfeeder FA con mangiatoia ha un design semplice e robusto. Questo rende l&#8217;alimentazione di sostanze solide particolarmente facile da usare e da manutenere.<br>Il controllo avviene direttamente sul dispositivo, tramite un quadro di comando autonomo opzionale o, in base al progetto, tramite il sistema di controllo di livello superiore dell&#8217;impianto di biogas. \u00c8 necessario definire solo i tempi di pausa e di funzionamento. In alternativa al controllo a tempo, \u00e8 possibile anche il controllo a peso.<br>Tutti i convertitori di frequenza sono dotati di monitoraggio del carico regolabile. Il controllo a intervalli con inversione automatica del funzionamento in caso di sovraccarico garantisce un funzionamento regolare e senza problemi.
