Tuttavia, anche materiali pi\u00f9 impegnativi, come tutti i tipi di letame, possono essere lavorati senza problemi.<br>Con questo Easyfeeder, i solidi vengono immessi nella vasca con un caricatore.<br>Il substrato viene spinto nei rulli di fresatura dell&#8217;accessorio di fresatura tramite il carrello scorrevole della vasca di scarico. Qui viene dosato nella coclea trasversale attraverso i rulli di fresatura azionati direttamente. La coclea trasversale lo passa alla coclea ascendente. Quest&#8217;ultima trasporta il materiale alla coclea di rincalzatura, che alimenta il materiale allentato nel fermentatore nella fase finale.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57edbdac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57edbdac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGi\u00e0 durante lo sviluppo della tecnologia di alimentazione, sperimentata e testata nella pratica per molti anni, l&#8217;attenzione era rivolta a ridurre al minimo il consumo energetico e l&#8217;usura.\nL&#8217;Easyfeeder Top FA con mangiatoia ha un design semplice e robusto. Questo rende l&#8217;alimentazione di sostanze solide particolarmente facile da usare e da manutenere.\nIl controllo avviene direttamente sul dispositivo, tramite un quadro di comando opzionale &#8220;stand-alone&#8221; o, in base al progetto, tramite il sistema di controllo di livello superiore dell&#8217;impianto di biogas. \u00c8 necessario definire solo i tempi di pausa e di funzionamento. In alternativa al controllo a tempo, \u00e8 possibile anche il controllo a peso.\nTutti i convertitori di frequenza sono dotati di monitoraggio del carico regolabile. Il controllo a intervalli con inversione automatica del funzionamento in caso di sovraccarico garantisce un funzionamento regolare e senza problemi.
