The problem & the solution
A dry and frost-proof room is essential for the Returgant Direkt in order to maintain the function of the biomass return filter. The container can be placed directly next to the fermenter and is already fully assembled. It includes the Returgant Direkt as the centerpiece, a flushing line for the contaminant separator, a fan for supply and exhaust air and lighting.
With the filter technology of the “Returgant Direkt” in the container, the system operator therefore opts for a fully installed unit and avoids additional costs for another closed room.
The process
The reduction of emissions and the complete utilization of fermentation processes in a fully installed unit are the core factors around which the innovative development revolves.
The biomass return filter fulfills its function against the background that different input materials require different lengths of time for fermentation. Compared to conventional processes, the not yet fully fermented fibers are fermented further, resulting in an additional gas yield of up to 10%.

The Returgant Direkt in a container focuses on the reduction of emissions and the efficient use of fermentation processes in a permanently installed unit. The biomass return filter of the Returgant Direkt is embedded in a closed circuit in order to further ferment incompletely fermented fibrous materials and achieve an additional gas yield of up to 20%.
This fully assembled unit contains a dry room and includes the Returgant Direkt biomass recirculation filter, a flushing pipe, a fan and lighting.
