EASYFEEDER FA
Feeding technology
The Easyfeeder FA solids feeding system with push-off container is designed for feeding the digester with renewable raw materials, such as grass and maize silage or similar biomass. But even more demanding materials such as all types of manure are processed without any problems.
With the Easyfeeder FA with trough, the solids are fed into the trough using a loader. The ejector inside the container pushes the substrate into the rotary grinders of the shredder attachment. There it is transferred via the milling drums to the main screw conveyor, which feeds the loosened material into the fermenter in metered quantities.
The focus was already on minimizing energy consumption and wear during the development of the feeding technology, which has been tried and tested in practice for many years. Minimal running times ensure the lowest possible wear and reduced power consumption. In a 2009 study conducted by the Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft (Bavarian State Research Centre for Agriculture) in Freising, in which 10 biogas plants were tested over a long period of time, our feeding technology proved to be a real energy saver compared to solids feeders from other manufacturers.
The Easyfeeder FA with push-off container has a simple and robust design which makes the solids feeder particularly user friendly and easy to maintain. This makes solid matter feeding particularly user- and maintenance-friendly.
The control is carried out directly on the device, via an optional stand-alone control cabinet or project-specifically via the higher-level control system of the biogas plant. The user only has to program the pause and operating times. As an alternative to control via time, control via weight is also possible.
All drives are equipped with adjustable load monitoring. The interval control with automatic reversing function in the event of overload ensures smooth and trouble-free operation.
