YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Order processing from quotation preparation and order confirmation to invoicing
- Telephone customer support with fault diagnosis and advice
- Scheduling of technicians, required tools and available vehicles in the control centre
- Remote maintenance and diagnostics of our systems
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU.
- You have completed training in a technical field such as mechanics, plant engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- You have a good technical understanding.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Carrying out maintenance and repair tasks on site at the customer’s premises
- Rectification of faults and damage at the customer’s premises
- Performing general maintenance work in accordance with technical specifications
- Testing and adjustment work on hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Carrying out general dismantling and assembly work
- Ensuring and complying with all applicable maintenance requirements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Support and advice for our Italian customers – by telephone, in writing and, if required, occasionally on site (travel optional)
- Establishing new customer contacts and maintaining existing customer relationships through active acquisition
- Close cooperation with our Italian partners to develop new business opportunities
- Recording and qualifying customer enquiries (using our existing questionnaires where appropriate)
- Coordination with the technical office staff: You will act as the interface between customers and technical staff.
- Assistance with preparing quotations, following up on them and creating the corresponding order confirmations, including accompanying documents
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU.
- You are an office clerk, industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk, or have comparable training.
- Very good written and spoken Italian – ideally native speaker
- Good knowledge of German or willingness to improve it

- Design and layout of machines and other components
- Independent development and technical support for machines and systems, from concept creation to series production readiness
- Support with product enquiries, independent creation of constructive designs for components
- Performing calculations to determine strength, service life and component dimensions, evaluating results and adapting the design solution
- Coordination of the procurement and manufacture of test and prototype parts in conjunction with neighbouring departments

- You have a degree in mechanical engineering or, alternatively, a technician’s qualification in mechanical engineering, and have already gained professional experience.
- You have good knowledge of design, preferably in plant engineering.
- You are confident in using 3D CAD systems, ideally Solid Edge.
- You know how to use a CAD data management system.
- You are proficient in MS Office products and ERP systems (abas is an advantage).

Full-time – starting 1 September 2027 – Location: Isny im Allgäu
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
Are you fascinated by electricity? Then you should definitely consider training as an industrial electrician. During your apprenticeship, you will learn the skills required for the profession of industrial electrician. This includes mechanical processing and the assembly of components. You will also analyse electrical systems and check that they are functioning correctly. Experienced colleagues will guide you in all your activities and teach you everything you need to know. This includes, among other things, accident prevention regulations.
The practical training takes place at our premises and the theory is taught at vocational school 1-2 days per week.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
► Obtaining quotations from different suppliers for comparison
► Procuring necessary materials and purchased items
► Invoice control and invoice verification
► General office organisation, filing and organising documents
► Process flows in merchandise management
► Handling and using the ERP system
As an industrial clerk, you will work in all of our commercial departments, switching between departments such as shipping, purchasing, sales and financial accounting.
Experienced colleagues will train you for your tasks.
The practical training takes place at our company, and the theory is taught 1-2 days per week at the vocational school in Wangen.
